Most of our time goes into what happens after launch: deployments, alerts, incidents and cloud bills. The dashboards above come from that work.
We run products of our own, so we know what it is like to be on call for one. That is the experience we bring to yours.

soystekinc@gmail.comYes. We start by reviewing the code, infrastructure and access you have today, then agree what to fix or build first. If the review shows a part should be rebuilt rather than repaired, we explain why before you decide.
In a written proposal before work starts. It covers deliverables, milestones, responsibilities and fees for your project, so nothing is assumed from a price list.
We talk through the change, explain how it affects the timeline and fees, and update the agreement in writing before doing the extra work.
The proposal lists exactly what you receive. We aim to keep source code in your repositories and services in accounts you own, with documentation for running and changing the system.
Support is optional and agreed separately. It can cover monitoring, fixes and further development, with the terms set out in your proposal or a support agreement.
Hosting, domains, app store accounts, paid APIs and other subscriptions are billed by those providers, ideally to accounts in your name. The proposal estimates them where possible.
